BREXIT NEWS – 26 DAYS TO GO

Talk of an extension of the Article 50 process increased this week. From the Telegraph:

The next so-called “meaningful vote” was delayed until 12th March, only 2 weeks before we are due to leave the EU! From the Telegraph:

A number of ministers threatened to quit unless a no deal was ruled out. From the Express:

A group of lawyers stated that May’s plan for an extension of more than 2 months would be illegal unless new MEPs were elected. From the Independent:

BREXIT MARCH

Of course we have been hearing a lot from our politicians about whether we should have a deal or not, whether the Article 50 period should be extended, whether there should be a second referendum or not, whether we should just give up on Brexit altogether, but so far the British public have been fairly quiet about how they feel. Perhaps this is about to change however as a great “Brexit march” on London has been announced, to be led by Nigel Farage. From the Express:

We were reminded that last year Tom Watson was accused of ignoring Labour corruption in his own constituency. From order-order:

FREEDOM OF SPEECH UNDER ATTACK AS USUAL
